The deepest diving animal ever observed in the ocean is the Cuvier's Beaked whale! It dove to a record 2,992 meters, or 9,816 feet.
The leatherback sea turtle is the largest sea turtle, with a shell length of 1.8 meters/6 feet, and a weight of 635 kg/1400 lbs!
A humpback whale's song can last as long as half an hour.
The deepest living fish we've ever found is the Mariana Snailfish, living at depths of 8,178 meters/26831 feet. Here's a video of it!
